These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at maineventmsp.com (the "Site") and the managed IT and cybersecurity services (the "Services") offered by Main Event Technologies, LLC, doing business as Main Event Managed Services ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a company based in Wesley Chapel, Florida. By accessing the Site or engaging our Services, you ("Client," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site or engage our Services.
1. Overview of Services
Main Event Managed Services provides managed IT support, cybersecurity services, and related consulting to businesses, including but not limited to network monitoring, help desk support, cybersecurity risk assessments, compliance advisory services, and related technology solutions. The specific scope, deliverables, service levels, and pricing for any engagement will be set forth in a separate signed agreement, statement of work, or service order ("Service Agreement") between the Company and the Client. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a Service Agreement, the Service Agreement controls.
2. Use of the Site
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
Use the Site in any way that violates applicable federal, state, local, or international law
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site, other accounts, or computer systems connected to the Site
Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Site or servers/networks connected to it
Use any automated means to access the Site for any purpose without our express written permission
Transmit any viruses, malware, or other harmful code
3. No Professional or Legal Advice
Content on the Site, including blog posts, resources, and general descriptions of compliance frameworks (such as Florida Administrative Code Rule 69O-128.032 or NAIC cybersecurity standards), is provided for general informational purposes only. 4. Client Responsibilities
If you engage our Services, you agree to:
Provide accurate, complete, and current information necessary for us to perform the Services
Cooperate with reasonable requests for access to systems, personnel, or information needed to deliver the Services
Maintain appropriate backups and safeguards independent of any Services we provide, except where a Service Agreement expressly assigns that responsibility to us
Use the Services in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
5. Intellectual Property
The Site and its original content, features, functionality, logos, and branding are owned by Main Event Technologies, LLC and are protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the Site without our prior written consent.
6. Third-Party Links and Tools
The Site or our Services may reference or link to third-party websites, software, or tools that we do not own or control. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.
7. Disclaimers
THE SITE AND ANY GENERAL CONTENT PROVIDED ON IT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. Specific service-level commitments, warranties, and remedies related to our managed IT and cybersecurity Services, if any, will be set forth exclusively in the applicable Service Agreement.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MAIN EVENT TECHNOLOGIES, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE) THE SITE.
Liability arising from our Services will be governed exclusively by the limitation of liability provisions in the applicable Service Agreement.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Main Event Technologies, LLC, its owner, and any employees, contractors, or agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Pasco County, Florida.
11. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Site with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site, at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
13. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

You may enroll by texting the keyword START to 813-519-3076. By opting in, you authorize Main Event Managed Services ("we," "our," "us") to send you recurring SMS messages related to appointment scheduling, service updates, and account notifications.
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your appointments and questions.
Cost: Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Opt-Out: Text STOP to 813-519-3076 at any time to cancel. After you text STOP, we will send a single confirmation text and you will no longer receive messages.
