Lead Architect: Jared Shapiro

Jared brings more than 25 years of hands-on experience in technology and cybersecurity to every client relationship at Main Event. His career has taken him from Charleston, South Carolina, through New York City and Greenville, South Carolina, including years spent in cybersecurity at a high-net-worth specialty insurance carrier, an experience that gives him a rare, insider's understanding of the standards, audits, and risks insurance agencies face every day.

After years of solving technology problems for others, Jared recently settled in the Tampa Bay area with his growing family and set out to bring that same level of expertise directly to local small businesses. Main Event Managed Services was built on a simple idea: that companies in Tampa Bay, especially those in high-stakes, highly regulated industries like insurance, deserve an IT partner who treats their technology as seriously as they do.
